Tianjin Boyu Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. is a large-scale enterprise specializing in producing ERW welded pipes. We have a 1,700mm vertical cutting line. Our 114, 219mm welding lines can produce 200 thousand tons of high precision and high quality pipes annually. The outer diameter ranges from 42mm to 219mm, the wall thickness is 3mm to 14mm, and the steel grade is J55, X65, X70. Our pipes are produced according to the standards of API 5L, API 5CT, ASTM A53, GB/T9711.1, GB/T9711.2, GB/T13793-92, GB/T14291-2006 and GB/T3091-2001.

Our products aren't only used for transmission of petroleum, natural gas, coal or ore slurry, but also used as parts in machinery, construction, power, aviation and chemistry. We use advanced process equipment to ensure pipe precision, such as FF forming, HF induction welding, MF heat treatment, round cutter of inside flash trimming, seam body UTON line and off line. Furthermore, we utilize advanced production testing equipment, including Advanced Instant X-Ray Imaging Systems, Magnetic Detector, Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector, "Lincoln" Welding Machine, Hydraulic Testing Machine and other key equipment. We have professional engineers and skilled operators to provide a reliable guarantee for high quality pipes.

Our parent company, Tianjin Boai Steel pipe Co., Ltd., is a large professional manufacturer specializing in producing double-side spiral submerged ARC welded steel pipes. The three first-class production lines in China enable us to produce 100,000 tons of spiral pipes, with the diameter 219mm to 1620mm, and wall thickness 5mm to 14mm. Our pipes are strictly produced in accordance with GB/T9711.1-1997 and SY/T5037-2000 standards.
